Coyles is seeking a Building Maintenance Helpdesk Administrator to join the engineering facilities team.

You will be the first point of contact for maintenance requests, log jobs, schedule engineers, update customers, and ensure service levels are met.

Responsibilities include logging requests, coordinating engineers and subcontractors, tracking progress, keeping records accurate, and supporting the team with general admin tasks to maintain smooth facilities operations.
