A long-established UK technology provider is seeking a ServiceNow Architect to play a key role in strengthening and expanding its ServiceNow capabilities. This role is positioned at the centre of the company’s ServiceNow strategy. As a ServiceNow Architect, you will shape end-to-end solutions across the platform, influencing design decisions, leading technical direction, and introducing new capabilities across multiple modules including ITSM and ITOM.

You will guide the evolution of the ServiceNow estate — from enhancing core processes to ensuring new features are adopted effectively — while aligning the platform with wider business goals.

  • Solution Design & Delivery: Lead the architecture and high-level design of complex ServiceNow implementations.
  • Governance & Best Practice: Provide expert recommendations on ServiceNow best practices, design patterns, and emerging trends.
