We’re seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead mechanical delivery across major, multi-disciplinary defence projects. You’ll take ownership from tender through to completion—driving performance, ensuring compliance, and delivering projects safely, on time and within budget.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Lead mechanical packages through tender, design, procurement and delivery
  • Oversee the full lifecycle: installation, commissioning and handover
  • Ensure technical compliance with specifications, drawings and engineering standards
  • Develop and manage project programmes, setting milestones and tracking delivery
  • Identify and mitigate risk while maximising opportunities
  • Apply robust project controls to ensure efficient and compliant execution

  • Proven track record delivering large-scale MEP projects to programme and budget
  • Strong technical/engineering qualifications
  • SMSTS minimum with solid H&S knowledge
  • Experience in MEPH testing and commissioning
