The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 £ per year.
We are looking for PTS electricians to work in the Gunnersbury area of London for work on the Railway. The works we are looking to complete will be within Railway Substations, NSCDs, CTSs, LCPs, Line side interface panels, bollard lighting and Battery charger changeovers.
There will be general site supervision for coordination and health & safety purposes only. We will not be supervising, directing, or controlling how the electricians perform their work. We expect the electricians to undertake the tasks in line with their own professional competence and common industry practices and methods.
Site hours will be 07:00 to 15:00.
Training and Competency needed:
- PTS AC + DCCR (Personal Track Safety)
- Small Tools Training
- 18th Edition
- Manual Handling training
- Electrically Trained and Competent
- First Aid including electrical Accidents
You will need your own tools and transport. It would also be helpful to understand:
- What type of electrical work you have been carrying out recently
- Your experience within railway substations
- Whether you have worked in the Southern region and are familiar with that environment
PLEASE NOTE THIS REQUIREMENT IS FOR WORKING ON THE RAILWAY. APPLICANTS WILL NEED A VALID PTS (PERSONAL TRACK SAFETY) AND WE ARE UNABLE TO OFFER TRAINING FOR THIS.
