Due to an increased workload we are currently looking for a Building Maintenance Engineer to work within commercial buildings across Central London. The Building Maintenance Engineer will support a large contract, carrying out planned and reactive maintenance within commercial buildings in central London. This will include:
- Flick test
- Fire alarm checks
- Tube changes
- Emergency light checks and tests
- Water treatment checks
- Boiler checks
- A wide range of reactive tasks
Other responsibilities:
- Assist engineers with backlog of PPMs across 15 sites
- Cover sickness and holiday leave
- Provide excellent customer-facing service with strong communication skills
Requirements:
- Level 2 plumbing/HVAC (mechanical discipline) or fully electrically qualified (Level 2, 3 plus 18th edition)
- Minimum 5 years commercial building maintenance experience
