Due to increased occupancy and an increased workload, we are currently looking for a hands-on Maintenance Engineer to join an existing team, in supporting the upkeep of a busy commercial site.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out water hygiene tasks including temperature and quality checks
  • Complete basic plumbing works and fault finding
  • Undertake general building fabric repairs (doors, ceilings, fixtures, etc.)
  • Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive tasks
  • Accurately record works using CAFM systems
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety and statutory requirements

What we’re looking for

  • Experience in commercial building maintenance
  • Practical skills across plumbing, fabric, and basic maintenance
  • Knowledge of water hygiene (Legionella awareness desirable)
  • Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently
