Due to increased occupancy and an increased workload, we are currently looking for a hands-on Maintenance Engineer to join an existing team, in supporting the upkeep of a busy commercial site.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out water hygiene tasks including temperature and quality checks
- Complete basic plumbing works and fault finding
- Undertake general building fabric repairs (doors, ceilings, fixtures, etc.)
- Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive tasks
- Accurately record works using CAFM systems
- Ensure compliance with health & safety and statutory requirements
What we’re looking for
- Experience in commercial building maintenance
- Practical skills across plumbing, fabric, and basic maintenance
- Knowledge of water hygiene (Legionella awareness desirable)
- Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently
