We are looking for a receptionist to work as part of the workplace team within Front of House. Weekly alternating shift patterns: 08:30h - 17:30h and 7:30h - 16:30h. The role is part of our Workplace Experience Team and would cover the reception desk, dealing with visitors and general queries from colleagues in the building.
Duties:
- Providing seamless and effective delivery of all services lines to include meeting room and visitor management (includes room setup – manual handling)
- Hospitality
- Telephony and email management
- Maintaining office supplies and stationery
