Plumber in Luton

We are currently seeking 2 experienced Install Plumbers for a large mixed use project in Central Luton

The Project is a mix of residential, commercial, retail and a music venue. The work will be varied, with good clear runs for price work too.

This project is due for completion early 2028, those with experience of first and second fix plumbing within a varied background can work all the way through

This is an iconic build for the local area and a great project to be a part of

Duties:

• Installation of first fix plumbing and pipework systems in line with drawings and specifications.
• Running hot and cold-water services, drainage, soil and waste pipework.
• Installation of brackets, supports, risers, and containment for plumbing systems.
• Working across residential, commercial, and entertainment areas of the development.
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings and coordinating with other trades on site.
• Ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
• Assisting with pressure testing and quality inspections as required.

Requirements:

• Valid CSCS/JIB Card
• Must be qualified
• Previous major project new-build experience
• Ability to read tech drawings and work from own initiative
• Own tools and PPE
• Reliable and able to work as part of a team

Price work will be worked out in hours up front. Hourly rate is £25 / hour. Minimum 9 hours a day, price work will supersede hours (providing over 9 hours a day)
