An exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate, creative and highly organised Regional Digital Media & Content Executive to join our growing Marketing team.

Working closely with the Global Marketing Director and wider Marketing team, you will play a key role in bringing the COYA brand to life across our digital and social media platforms, ensuring engaging, consistent and high-quality content across our global portfolio.

As a Regional Digital Media & Content Executive at COYA, your responsibilities will include:

• Creating, managing and scheduling engaging social media content calendars across multiple COYA venues and platforms.

• Supporting the development of creative, on-brand content, including Instagram Stories, Reels, short-form videos and live event coverage.

• Managing day-to-day social media engagement, responding to comments and messages, and sharing relevant user-generated content.

• Monitoring social media trends, competitor activity and emerging digital opportunities to keep COYA's online presence fresh and relevant.

• Supporting the management and optimisation of paid advertising campaigns across Meta and Google Ads, working alongside external agencies.

• Analysing digital and social media performance, preparing monthly reports and identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.

• Collaborating with regional Marketing and venue teams internationally to ensure campaigns, events and key brand messages are communicated effectively.

• Coordinating content creation, working with photographers, videographers and other creative partners.

• Ensuring all social media profiles, Google Business Profiles and digital channels remain accurate, up to date and aligned with COYA's luxury brand identity.

• Supporting exciting new venue openings, campaigns and digital initiatives across the COYA portfolio.

What we're looking for:

• Previous experience in a digital marketing, social media or content creation role, ideally within luxury hospitality, lifestyle or a premium brand.

• A creative mindset with a genuine passion for social media, digital trends and engaging storytelling.

• Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and social media scheduling platforms.

• Experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads and digital analytics tools would be highly advantageous.

• Excellent written communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to maintain a consistent brand tone of voice.

• Strong organisational skills with the confidence to manage multiple projects, deadlines and international stakeholders.

• A proactive, positive and collaborative approach, with a willingness to contribute new ideas.
