The ideal Pastry Chef de Partie will have
- Previous experience in a similar role in a high-volume venue.
- A genuine interest in developing your career internationally with COYA, with enthusiasm for the opportunity to travel and work across our European venues
- A passion for hospitality and customer service.
- Must have high level of both spoken and written English.
- Ability to maintain high standards of food hygiene.
- Ability to work under pressure.
