The ideal Pastry Demi
Chef de Partie will have:

Previous experience in a similar role in a high-volume
venue.
·
Excellent communication skills.
·
A passion for hospitality and customer service.
·
Must have high level of both spoken and written
English.
·
Ability to maintain high standards of food
hygiene.
·
Ability to work under pressure.
·
Ability to motivate and drive the team.
·
Must be friendly and attentive.
