Your role as chef:
- Prepare, cook and present perfect food in accordance with company standards, exceeding guest satisfaction at every eating occasion.
- Take pride in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness.
- Adhere to safety and hygiene regulations at all times.
- Accurately and consistently adhere to portion controls.
- Carry out stock rotation to ensure all food items are within their shelf life, including maintaining correct storage conditions.
- Ensure the kitchen operation is maintained to the highest of standards regarding cleanliness and maintenance.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 6 months’ chef experience in a similar environment.
- Confidence to work on your own initiative, staying calm and organised during busy periods.
- A genuine desire to learn, improve and develop, taking guidance from those around you.
- A proud, standards-driven individual who always strives to deliver their best.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills, supporting the wider kitchen and FOH teams.
