Cox Motor Group is seeking an Accounts Assistant to work within their busy Accounts department in Morecambe. We are looking for people who share our passion for our brands. Accounts Administrator role will involve:
- Reconciling purchase ledger statements monthly
- Registering of purchase invoices
- Accurate payment of all purchase ledger accounts
- Maintaining company credit card records
- Reconciling company bank statements
- Banking and cash management
- Expenses and petty cash control
Must have excellent communication skills. Experience preferred of using CDK computer package but not essential. Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. Month end tasks and procedures as and when required. Willing to be a team player.
