Cox Motor Group is seeking to recruit an Apprentice Aftersales Advisor to work within our highly-rated Aftersales department in Kendal. In this exciting position, you will be trained to cover all aspects of our Aftersales team ranging from parts advisor duties to service advisor duties. You will receive first-class training to enable you to excel in the role and provide the best service to our customers, whether discussing their parts requirements or the service of their vehicle.

As an Apprentice Aftersales Advisor, you will undergo apprenticeship training to develop within your role. Your training will give you the skills of:
- Mechanical awareness and understanding of cars and car parts
- Knowledge of Kerridge DMS
- Enhancing your customer service skills
- Working as part of a team to support the achievement of increased profit and sales
The role of an Aftersales Advisor has the responsibilities of:
- Handling customer enquiries swiftly, courteously, and efficiently
- Communicating effectively by e-mail, telephone, and face to face
- Recording all items and services supplied to customers
- Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction, paying attention to manufacturers' guidelines and Group CSI
- Observing all health and safety regulations and COSHH regulations, as well as all company agreed policies in line with the code of practice
