Salary OTE Β£30,000 to Β£33,000 (pro-rata) basic salary dependent on experience.

Due to expansion, we are recruiting for Bodyshop Spray Painters to join Cox Motor Group's team at Smartfix Rapid Repair Centre. This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the top 100 dealer groups in the UK. Working on a variety of vehicles to a high standard, all Paint Sprayer/Prepper technicians will be responsible for ensuring work is carried out to a very high standard and completed to tight deadlines. Applicants will need to be fully skilled and have previous Bodyshop experience. You will carry out preparation, local paintwork, light filling repairs, and cosmetic refurbishment on a range of vehicles.
Key Responsibilities:- Efficiently and effectively undertake painting and prepping on motor vehicles.
- Work safely and responsibly, in line with current H&S (including COSHH), retailer and manufacturer regulations and guidelines.
- Prepare panels to an exceptionally high standard.
- Experience in water-based paints is necessary.
- Time management and work schedule priority.
- 2 yearsβ experience as a Prepper / Painter / Smart Repair.
- Background in a similar automotive environment.
- Competitive Salary offered (dependent on Experience) plus performance-based bonus.
