ObjectivesofthisRole:

• Executeaccuratereporting,enablingtheclientto analyzeoptionsandmakefinancial recommendationsthatalignwithclientcompanys objectives.
• Securingourclientfinancialinformation.
• Periodicallyimproveanddocumentallaccounting controlprocedures,identifyingsystemissuesand makingsuggestionsforimprovements.
• Complywithstateandlocalfinancialrequirements bystudyingexistingandnewlegislation,enforcing compliance,andadvisingclientonneededactions.

Responsibilitiesoftheposition:

• Leadingonavarietyofaudits,ensuringassignmentsarecompletedwithinbudgetwhilstmaintainingour highstandards
• Providingtrainingandsupporttoothermembersof theteam
• Preparingstatutoryfinancialstatements(FRS102) andcorporationtaxcomputations
• Maintaininguptodateandrelevanttechnical knowledge;and
• Buildingandmaintainingexcellentworking relationshipswithinCoxHinkinsandourclientbase.

NatureofExperience:(InSpecificSector/Position/Role)

• Throughknowledgeinpreparationofaccountsofentitieslikepartnerships,Companies,Soletrader etc.
• 5yearsauditexperienceworkingwithinaUK practice

Knowledge:

• Workingknowledgeofaccountingsoftwareplatforms,includingXero,QuickBooks,Sage,etc.
• ExtensiveknowledgeofGAAP(generallyaccepted accountingprinciplesintheUK)
• GoodKnowledgeofMSExcel
• Knowledgeoffinancial,tax,andaccounting principles
