Cox Green is a well-established co‑educational Academy, situated in the heart of the community of Cox Green, Maidenhead. Our values centre around being kind, being respectful and being determined, and our visitors regularly comment on this.
37 hours a week, permanent Monday - Thursday 8am-4pm, Friday 8am - 3.30pm Term time plus five inset days.
We are looking to appoint a Behaviour Support Mentor to work as part of a team supporting behaviour and inclusion in school and to provide individual support or activities for students in danger of becoming disaffected or disengaged. The successful candidate will be passionate about mentoring and supporting students and have experience of working with young people with the ability to manage and motivate students whilst ensuring that the schools behaviour policy is adhered to. This is an exciting opportunity to complement our Pastoral team. If you have a can‑do approach and a passion for raising the expectations and achievement of students, then you are encouraged to apply.
