As a Workshop Team Leader, you will be responsible for the daily management of workshop workload, ensuring vehicles are processed efficiently and in line with KPIs and service level agreements.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Coordinate workload across Bodyshop, Mechanical and Parts departments.
  • Schedule work based on priority, complexity and parts availability.
  • Monitor vehicle progress and escalate issues when required.
  • Move vehicles within the workshop.
  • Fit small parts (tools provided).
  • Maintain high health & safety standards.
  • Ensure quality standards and housekeeping are consistently upheld.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Previous experience of leading or supervising a team within an automotive workshop environment.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
  • Basic knowledge of HSE legislation.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to give clear instructions.
  • Excellent time management and prioritisation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
  • High attention to detail.
