We're looking for individuals to support the day-to-day running of our yard operations.
You'll be responsible for the safe and timely movement of vehicles, working within established auction procedures and always adhering to Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards.
- What You'll Be Doing
- Organise and present vehicles for auction in line with company and vendor standards
- Safely drive vehicles as instructed, including potential collection and delivery tasks
- Assist in arranging and manoeuvring vehicles to ensure a clean, professional, and orderly yard layout
- Ensure all vehicles are properly prepared and displayed with accurate and complete pre-sale documentation
- Drive responsibly and professionally at all times, following site rules, health & safety protocols, and the company's key and vehicle security policies
- Support the valet team by locating and moving vehicles as needed
- Promote a safe working environment by following all health and safety procedures and reporting any concerns
- Assist with vehicle imaging processes to ensure high-quality visual records
- Contribute to vehicle pre-inspection activities in preparation for auction
- Support any additional operational tasks that help deliver efficient auction services and enhance the customer experience
- Operate entry/exit control points and manage key handling responsibilities in line with company policies
- Maintain a calm, courteous, and professional approach when interacting with customers and colleagues

- Ensure vehicles are moved efficiently and on time to support smooth operational flow
- A basic understanding of Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) legislation
- To be able to confidently operate required technology and hardware to support key operational processes
- The ability to drive a wide range of vehicles, including those with various ignition systems and transmissions
