This is a high-impact role where you'll partner with senior stakeholders, lead on financial insight, and play a key part in driving performance across our Wholesale business and Centres of Excellence.

Responsibilities
- Driving FP&A activity — delivering meaningful insights, analysis and financial modelling to support strategic decisions
- Owning month-end close for Centres of Excellence, ensuring accurate and timely reporting
- Leading financial reporting — producing management accounts, KPIs and performance commentary
- Budgeting & forecasting — partnering with stakeholders to challenge assumptions and identify risks and opportunities
- Ensuring audit & compliance — maintaining robust controls and supporting internal/external audits
- Improving processes — identifying efficiencies and enhancing systems and reporting
- Supporting and mentoring analysts, fostering a high-performance culture
What you'll bring
- A professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA or CIMA)
- Strong experience across financial control, reporting and FP&A
- A track record of delivering high-quality insights to senior leadership
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with tools like Power BI or similar
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
