About The Role

We\’re seeking individuals to support our yard operations, ensuring the safe and timely movement of vehicles in accordance with auction procedures and health, safety, and environmental standards.

What You\’ll Be Doing

  • Organise and present vehicles for auction according to standards
  • Safely drive vehicles as instructed, including collection and delivery tasks
  • Assist in arranging and manoeuvring vehicles to maintain a professional yard layout
  • Ensure vehicles are properly prepared with accurate pre-sale documentation
  • Drive responsibly, adhering to site rules and safety protocols
  • Support the valet team by locating and moving vehicles
  • Promote a safe working environment and report safety concerns
  • Assist with vehicle imaging and pre-inspection activities
  • Support operational tasks to enhance auction services and customer experience
  • Manage entry/exit points and key handling responsibly
  • Interact courteously and professionally with customers and colleagues
