As part of our Application Support team, you'll play a key role in keeping our applications running smoothly and our users supported.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and maintain application performance, ensuring systems are reliable and available
  • Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents quickly and effectively
  • Collaborate with engineering, infrastructure, and product teams to deliver fast resolutions
  • Support upgrades, patches, and deployments with minimal business disruption
  • Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles

Qualifications
