What You'll Be Doing
You'll play a key role in delivering outstanding customer service while helping coordinate vehicle demonstrations and events for some of the UK's leading automotive brands.
- Supporting customers through phone and email communications
- Managing vehicle and event booking requests
- Coordinating demo fleet activities and administration
- Liaising with logistics partners to ensure vehicles are available when needed
- Processing and managing vehicle keys and associated systems
- Maintaining accurate records and customer data
- Working closely with internal teams to ensure service levels are achieved
- Supporting both office-based and operational activities across the site
