We have a diverse selection of sales channels to assist sellers in remarketing their vehicles. You will be working as part of a small team in our Managed Services department working with customers ranging from small independent dealers to huge manufacturers. As this is a customer facing role, you will interact with both buyers and sellers ensuring an excellent customer service is provided, answering queries as they come into the team via phone, email, etc. We support the sales department presenting vehicles in a manner that eases the sales process for that selection of stock. It will be your responsibility to ensure vehicles are advertised accurately and with as much supporting information as possible, including imagery, appraisals, documentation, service history, and mechanical checks, as well as carrying out all administration associated with the vehicle and ensuring effective delivery to the buyer, liaising with relevant parties.

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer support via phone, email, and enquiry management, ensuring a seamless experience for buyers and sellers.
  • Accurately advertise vehicles with detailed and comprehensive information, including images, appraisals, documentation, service history, and mechanical checks.
  • Support the sales process by presenting vehicles in an engaging and effective manner.
  • Manage the end-to-end administration of vehicle listings, ensuring accuracy and efficiency throughout.
  • Coordinate vehicle deliveries, liaising with all relevant stakeholders to ensure a smooth process.
  • Produce and distribute vendor reports via email, delivering accurate and timely updates on vehicle performance, sales activity, and key trends.
