đ§ What youâll be doing
Youâll play a critical role in ensuring new and evolving tech services launch smoothly into live operations:
- Act as the bridge between delivery teams and service operations, ensuring seamless handovers
- Drive service readiness, ensuring everything is set for successful go-live
- Assess and manage Operational Acceptance Criteria (OACs)
- Identify and mitigate risks to protect service quality
- Collaborate with Product, Tech, and Supplier teams to ensure alignment
- Support workshops, go/no-go decisions, and transition governance
- Create and maintain clear, high-quality service documentation
- Design service models across incident, change, and request processes
đŻ What youâll bring
- ITIL Foundation (or equivalent experience)
- Experience in IT Service Management / Service Transition / Readiness
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to prioritise in a dynamic, fast-moving environment
- Confidence working with complex supplier ecosystems
- A proactive mindset and comfort working with ambiguity and change
