- Physical and online wholesale vehicle exchanges for dealers, fleet, leasing companies and manufacturers

- Retail solutions providing software and services to support new and used vehicle marketplaces

THE ROLE
This is a fantastic opportunity which offers wide scope and high levels of exposure to both commercial and operational elements of the business. It is a hands-on and highly-vertical role which will require the right applicant to see both the detail and the bigger picture. In addition, this role will help influence positive change within the organisation in relation to process/reporting improvements, revenue opportunities and cost management/efficiency activities.
Reporting and Budgeting
You will be an integral part of the Finance function for the International division controlling the consolidation of financial results through Excel and the production of management reports for the International Finance team, International CFO and Corporate stakeholders.
Stakeholder Relationships
Strong relationships and collaboration with key stakeholders will be required with solid customer service being offered to help support the local markets in addition to the other International Corporate teams.
Performance Analysis
You will take an active role in analysing and evaluating our performance, comparing to historic results, budgeted targets and similar businesses (both internally owned and third-party businesses). You will also assess our performance and provide insight whilst considering external factors e.g. economic/market conditions, competitor activity etc. for the markets in which we operate.
European Finance Support
You will support our centralised European group reporting team with a specific focus on supporting European group finance projects including central allocations and Enterprise reporting. You will build strong relationships and collaborate with the wider European Finance team to progress Finance initiatives in Europe.

- You will have a hands-on approach and a curiosity to know what is going on in all areas of the business.
- You will be a strong communicator and be able to convey detailed advice and information to stakeholders in a clear and articulate manner.
- You will have exceptionally strong Excel skills, including financial modelling.
Note: The role’s key stakeholders are located across multiple time zones. The right candidate will be required to be flexible with their working hours to attend virtual meetings and communicate with these stakeholders (e.g. email) outside of standard hours (i.e. early morning, late evenings).
