The Role: Reporting to the Head of Marketing (Wholesale), this role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You'll be the driving force behind brand-led campaigns, standout content, and unforgettable events, bringing the Manheim brand to life across the UK and Europe. This is a role for a marketing all-rounder, someone equally confident shaping campaigns as they are rolling up their sleeves to deliver. What You'll Be Doing:
- Design and deliver integrated multichannel brand campaigns aligned to business goals.
- Create campaign roadmaps, creative briefs, and activation plans that connect with target audiences.
- Creative Brand Leadership: Own and evolve the Manheim brand tone of voice and messaging. Craft powerful stories that position Manheim as Europe's remarketing and vehicle services leader.
- End-to-End Campaign Delivery: Lead campaigns from idea to execution, creative development, channel planning, launch, and evaluation.
- Content & Digital Activation: Create compelling content across social, video, blogs, events, and more. Ensure the website acts as the central hub for campaign storytelling.
- Events & Experiences: Partner with the events team to deliver memorable brand experiences across the UK network. Showcase the scale and strength of our auction and services ecosystem.
- Insight-Driven Marketing: Translate data, audience insight, and market trends into targeted high-impact campaigns.
- Influencer & Advocacy Marketing: Engage influencers, partners, and brand advocates to extend reach and reinforce leadership.
