This is a high-impact role where you’ll partner with senior stakeholders, lead on financial insight, and play a key part in driving performance across our Wholesale business and Centres of Excellence.

What you’ll be doing
As Finance Manager, you’ll take ownership of key financial processes while acting as a trusted business partner. Your responsibilities will include:
- Driving FP&A activity – delivering meaningful insights, analysis and financial modelling to support strategic decisions
- Owning month-end close for Centres of Excellence, ensuring accurate and timely reporting
- Leading financial reporting – producing management accounts, KPIs and performance commentary
- Budgeting & forecasting – partnering with stakeholders to challenge assumptions and identify risks and opportunities
- Ensuring audit & compliance – maintaining robust controls and supporting internal/external audits
- Improving processes – identifying efficiencies and enhancing systems and reporting
- Supporting and mentoring analysts, fostering a high-performance culture
- Collaborating across the business to provide financial insight that drives results
What we’re looking for
We’re looking for someone who combines strong technical expertise with commercial acumen and the confidence to influence senior stakeholders. You’ll bring:
- A professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA or CIMA)
- Strong experience across financial control, reporting and FP&A
- A track record of delivering high-quality insights to senior leadership
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with tools like Power BI or similar
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
