To work from our office in Cologne 2 days per week. We are currently looking for a Customer Service Specialist for our Cologne office (ideally with a background in customer support). What We’re Looking For
- C2 level fluency in German and English (both written and spoken) is essential.
- A minimum of 12 months experience working in a customer service role with proven ability to handle enquiries and resolve issues with empathy and efficiency.
- Basic understanding of automotive operations and familiarity with vehicle terminology would be advantageous, but is not essential.
- Strong verbal and written skills with the ability to explain complex processes clearly and stay professional under pressure.
- Proactive in diagnosing issues, managing expectations and staying calm during escalations.
- Comfortable navigating multiple systems during customer interactions (i.e. Microsoft Office, CRM systems and ticketing tools).
What You’ll Be Doing
- First point of contact for buyers and sellers on our automotive marketplace handling everything from general enquiries and vehicle logistics to finance queries and claims.
- Build strong customer relationships by being their trusted go-to for day-to-day support and ensure every customer enjoys a seamless experience throughout the vehicle buying and selling process.
- Resolve customer issues quickly and effectively, managing escalations and working closely with our logistics, finance, sales, buyer and operations teams to ensure every case is handled smoothly.
