We're looking for an experienced, polished and highly professional Receptionist to join our Leeds Head Office. As the first point of contact for clients, visitors, suppliers and colleagues, you'll play a key role in representing our brand and creating an exceptional first impression.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone with previous experience within a corporate reception, front‑of‑house, office administration or customer‑facing business environment, who takes pride in delivering outstanding service and maintaining a professional workplace.
About the Role
Our Receptionist is at the heart of the Head Office operation, ensuring visitors are welcomed professionally, enquiries are managed efficiently and front‑of‑house standards remain exceptional at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a professional and engaging front‑of‑house experience for all visitors and stakeholders
- Manage a busy switchboard and direct calls efficiently across the business
- Handle visitor management processes, including registration, security procedures and access passes
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail, courier services and deliveries
- Support meeting room management and ensure reception and communal areas remain presentable and professional
- Assist with administrative tasks as required to support the wider business
- Liaise confidently with senior leaders, clients, suppliers and colleagues
- Maintain high standards of customer service and professionalism at all times
What We're Looking For
We're keen to hear from candidates who have experience in a corporate reception, office support or professional services environment and who understand the importance of providing a first‑class customer experience.
You’ll Bring
- Previous experience in a corporate receptionist, front‑of‑house or office administration role
- A professional, confident and welcoming manner
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- The ability to multitask and remain calm in a busy environment
- A proactive and solution‑focused approach
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general office systems
- Experience working with visitors, customers, stakeholders or senior leadership teams
