We’re looking for a Junior UX/Product Designer to join our growing team and help shape a wide range of digital experiences—from ecommerce/finance platforms to B2B management tools in the automotive industry. If you’re passionate about creating intuitive, user-centred designs and eager to grow your skills in a collaborative environment, we’d love to hear from you.
What You’ll Do
- Design clean, intuitive user interfaces across web and mobile platforms.
- Collaborate with other designers to maintain consistency across our product suite.
- Work closely with product owners and developers to bring ideas to life.
- Conduct user interviews and facilitate research to uncover user needs.
- Run usability testing (remote, in-lab, guerrilla) to validate and refine design decisions.
- Use data (qual/quant) to identify issues and opportunities.
- Work with our data team to measure the impact of your designs, iterate, and improve.
- Present and explain your design choices clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For
- A degree in Design, Communication, Psychology, Cognitive Science, or a related field — or equivalent practical experience.
- A solid understanding of UX and interaction design principles (you know the rules and when to break them).
- Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (we currently use Figma).
- Ability to wireframe, prototype, and iterate quickly.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills — you’re a team player and a clear thinker.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to QA your own work for pixel-perfection.
- A portfolio that showcases a few well-executed projects, ideally with insights into your design process.
- Bonus: Fluency in German, French, Italian, or Spanish is a welcome plus (but not essential).
