Our team plays a key role in managing the vehicle journey — from initial cosmetic inspections and authorisations through to final quality checks — ensuring every vehicle meets the right standards and is ready for sale.
As part of our service delivery team, you\’ll help coordinate this process, ensuring that customer requirements are met with precision, care and a commitment to operational excellence.
What You Will Be Doing
- Understand the specific standards and requirements for each contract, and effectively communicate these to customers and team members.
- Build strong, positive working relationships with all team members to foster a professional and enjoyable environment.
- Monitor vehicle authorisation and upgrade timelines, ensuring any overdue items are escalated and pushed through the process promptly.
- Engage directly with customers, developing strong rapport and providing excellent service.
- Accurately and efficiently process vehicle estimates and upgrade requests.
- Respond to customer enquiries, including providing additional information such as images, to support correct and timely authorisations.
