About The Role This multifaceted role involves ensuring the high standards of images used in advertisements, confirming product information with consumers, and providing excellent customer service through inbound & outbound communication channels. It is imperative that we produce adverts which are of a high standard to ensure the risk is as low as possible for our dealers to buy stock, therefore ensuring the consumer can trust Dealer Auction as the place to sell their car.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Image Quality Assurance: Thoroughly review and assess the quality of images used in advertisements to meet established standards. Identify and report any issues related to image clarity, resolution, and overall presentation.
- Consumer Communication: Communicate with consumers to confirm the accuracy and completeness of vehicle listings, especially regarding any potential damage. Address consumer inquiries related to vehicle and process details, specifications, and condition to ensure accurate representation. Provide assistance and guidance to consumers throughout the listing process, promoting a positive user experience. Ensure documentation is verified and the correct GDPR guidelines followed. Serve as a key point of contact for the consumers, answering pre-listing questions and providing relevant information to assist consumers. Collaborate with team members to develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base for frequently asked questions. Work closely with the customer support team to streamline processes and enhance overall efficiency.
