What you’ll be doingYou’ll play a key role in ensuring our banking system changes are tested to the highest standard:
- Design and execute end-to-end testing (functional, regression, system & integration)
- Review requirements early, spotting gaps and ensuring they’re testable
- Own defect management, working closely with stakeholders and suppliers to resolve issues
- Support and guide User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business users
- Provide clear evidence and insight to support go-live decisions
- Help drive continuous improvement in testing practices as we modernise our delivery model
Be part of a major platform migration programme (2026). Help shape the transition to continuous delivery and smarter testing. Work closely with a wide network of stakeholders and third-party tech partners. Have real influence on quality, process, and customer outcomes.
What we’re looking forYou don’t need to tick every box—but strong experience in these areas will set you up for success:
- Experience as a Test Analyst / QA Analyst, ideally in financial services
- Strong knowledge of testing methodologies (functional, regression, integration)
- Experience working with third-party / vendor systems
- A detail-oriented, analytical mindset
- Confidence working with both technical teams and business users
- Exposure to Agile or hybrid delivery environments
- Banking or financial systems knowledge
- API / integration testing experience
- Familiarity with test or defect management tools
