The Role
As a Buyer Services Assistant, you’ll be at the heart of our buyer engagement strategy — helping to maximise attendance, influence buying behaviour, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You’ll work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams, playing a key role in driving performance across multiple auctions and campaigns.

- Proactively engaging buyers through telesales and marketing activity
