What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Delivery Lead, Scrum Master, Agile Project Manager, or similar role.
- Strong experience working in Agile delivery environments, leading cross-functional teams to deliver business value.
- Demonstrable experience supporting or leading business and/or digital transformation programmes, helping organizations adapt, evolve, and improve ways of working.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
- Experience managing dependencies, risks, and competing priorities within complex environments.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
- Passion for coaching teams and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Nice to Have:
- Experience working with Stripe or other payment platforms.
- Experience within an auction, marketplace, bidding, or e-commerce business.
- Exposure to large-scale organisational, operational, or technology transformation initiatives.
- Agile certifications such as PSM, CSM, SAFe, or equivalent.
