What You’ll Do
- Gain familiarity with auto maintenance concepts and practices.
- Perform maintenance duties: oil and filter change, fuel filter change, transmission flush, spark plugs, vehicle inspection.
- Battery testing, maintenance, replacement, and repair of starting and charging electrical systems.
- Various repairs: tires, safety inspections, interior/exterior components.
- Diagnose and repair brake, steering, and suspension systems.
- Evacuation and recharge of AC system.
- Maintain equipment and use approved vendors to obtain parts.
- Possible up-fit new vehicles with necessary equipment.
- Comply with recyclables, fluids, tires, and disposable trash regulations.
Who You Are
- You are a quick learner, team player, and ready to provide excellent work.
Required
- 1+ year related work experience.
- Ability to drive standard, automatic and electric vehicles.
- Valid driver’s license.
Preferred
- High school diploma or GED.
- Current ASE Certifications (G1, A4, A5) when required.
Compensation
- Hourly base pay $19.57 - $29.38 per hour.
- Additional compensation may include commission and incentive program.
