Overview
Are you a proactive Facilities Manager who enjoys variety, ownership, and seeing the real-world impact of your work? If you thrive on keeping people safe, buildings compliant, and projects moving, this could be your next step.
We're looking for a Facilities Manager to join our Group Facilities team — a central, highly influential function supporting 40+ locations and over 150 buildings across the UK and Europe. You'll play a key role in ensuring our workplaces are safe, compliant, and fit for the future, while also helping deliver capital projects that support long-term business growth.
What you'll be doing
- Responding to and resolving reactive facilities issues, working closely with site teams and approved contractors.
- Managing planned maintenance and ensuring all buildings meet — and exceed — statutory and health & safety requirements.
- Supporting internal and external audits and maintaining full compliance with relevant legislation and certifications.
- Leading facilities improvement and capital investment projects from start to finish, including contractor management and sign-off.
- Ensuring all work represents value for money and is delivered to agreed standards and rates.
- Working alongside Health, Safety & Environment colleagues to help deliver a "zero harm" culture across the estate.
At the heart of everything you do is one priority: keeping our people and visitors safe while creating high-quality working environments.
What we're looking for
We're looking for someone who combines strong technical understanding with confident stakeholder management. You'll ideally bring:
- Experience in facilities management or the construction/facilities sector.
- A strong understanding of statutory and mandatory compliance, particularly within construction and health & safety.
- Proven experience managing projects involving multiple stakeholders and external contractors.
- A keen eye for detail when reviewing quotes and proposed works.
- Confidence working with senior stakeholders and communicating progress clearly.
- Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
If you've worked on large or complex estates — or managed multiple projects at once — that's a real advantage.
Work at the centre of a UK & European operation, with visibility and influence across the business. Take ownership of projects that genuinely shape how our workplaces operate. Be part of a professional, collaborative Facilities team with high standards and clear purpose. Hybrid working, offering flexibility alongside meaningful on-site engagement.
If you're a Facilities Manager who enjoys responsibility, problem-solving, and delivering standards you can be proud of, we'd love to hear from you. Apply now and help shape safe, compliant, and future-ready workplaces across our estate.
