Now, we’re looking for a UX Lead who can take our user experience practice to the next level — someone who blends craft excellence with empowering leadership, and who’s hungry to make a big impact on products used by thousands every day. What you’ll be doing
- Lead & Grow a Talented UX Team
- Coach, support and develop a team of UX Designers.
- Build and continually refine our UX ways of working.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and inspiring environment where great ideas thrive.
- Set the UX Vision & Standards
- Define the UX strategy for your product areas.
- Establish and evolve our design system and UX standards.
- Ensure accessibility, consistency, and high‑quality design across everything we deliver.
- Champion Research & Discovery
- Drive continuous user research to ground our decisions in evidence.
- Use pragmatic, fast, insight-driven approaches to keep delivery moving.
- Turn research into clear, actionable guidance that influences product direction.
- Design with Purpose
- Provide hands‑on support — from early concepts to high-fidelity designs.
- Work closely with Engineering and Product to ensure seamless delivery.
- Be the Voice of the User
- Build strong relationships across the business and with customers.
- Present findings, strategies, and design decisions with clarity and confidence.
- Track UX metrics to continually improve usability and satisfaction.
Requirements
- 5+ years in UX, with at least 2 in a senior or lead role.
- A strong portfolio showing depth in problem‑solving, craft, and measurable product impact.
- Expertise across user research, interaction design, prototyping, design systems, and usability testing.
- Experience embedding UX within agile teams.
- Outstanding communication, facilitation, and influencing skills.
- Knowledge of accessibility and inclusive design principles.
- A passion for users — and for inspiring others to care just as much.
Bonus points if you have:
- A related degree (HCI, Interaction Design, Psychology etc.)
- Experience in automotive retail or complex B2B SaaS
- Awareness of emerging tech and how it shapes the future of UX
