About The Role

As Sales Negotiator (internally referred to as a Logistics Broker), you will be responsible for generating business by brokering vehicle movement deals between our customers and suppliers. You will play a key role in matching supply with demand while delivering exceptional, first-class service to both Movex customers and suppliers. This role requires strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills to ensure efficient and reliable logistics solutions.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Proactively generate deals within the Movex platform to drive business growth
  • Collaborate with the broker team to ensure accounts are managed professionally and consistently deliver a great customer experience
  • Liaise with suppliers to ensure high standards of service and customer satisfaction are met
  • Build and maintain strong, effective relationships with both customers and suppliers
  • Consistently achieve and exceed performance targets within agreed timeframes
  • Take personal responsibility for delivering outstanding customer service, always putting the customer first
  • Actively seek and implement feedback to continuously improve performance and service delivery
  • Identify and recommend new ways of working to support cross-functional collaboration and business efficiency
  • Work closely with team members to meet evolving customer needs and expectations
  • Support the achievement of individual and team KPIs and service level agreements through effective collaboration and communication

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience working in a sales or broker team (essential)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Confident using computers and digital systems for a variety of tasks
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
  • Strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Resourceful, inventive, and self-confident with a proactive approach
  • Previous experience in logistics or planning operations is desirable
