Are you a product innovator with a passion for solving problems, shaping strategy, and creating exceptional digital experiences? Do you thrive in cross-functional environments where ideas turn into real-world impact? If yes — Codeweavers wants to meet you.

We’re on the lookout for a Product Manager who’s ready to take ownership of one or more of our key products, drive meaningful change, and elevate how we deliver value to customers and the wider automotive and finance sectors.

Why This Role Matters

As a Product Manager at Codeweavers, you’ll be at the heart of defining what we build and why. You’ll shape product roadmaps, champion customer needs, and align teams around a clear and compelling vision — all while working closely with senior leadership, Product Owners, delivery teams, and other product specialists. This is a role with real influence, real ownership, and real opportunity to grow.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Lead the strategy, direction, and delivery of our products by developing and maintaining clear, actionable product roadmaps
  • Ensure roadmaps align to business strategy, customer needs, and market opportunities
  • Use data and insight to identify new features, product enhancements, and innovative ideas
  • Champion cross-functional collaboration across engineering, design, sales, marketing, and delivery
  • Coach and support Product Owners to excel in their roles
  • Act as the escalation point for teams, providing clarity and problem-solving under pressure
  • Run workshops, knowledge-sharing sessions, and product showcases
  • Drive continuous improvement and build a high-performance, positive team culture
  • Support commercial conversations including tenders, high-level quotations, and solution scoping

This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on leadership — perfect for someone who loves big-picture direction and day-to-day product delivery.

What You’ll Bring
  • 3+ years’ experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role
  • Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum and modern product development practices
  • Confidence working with cross-functional delivery teams
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in automotive or finance (a bonus, not essential)
  • Ability to take ownership, delegate effectively, and coach others
  • Comfortable presenting ideas, resolving conflicts, and leading discussions
  • Experience working on tenders or large-scale commercial opportunities
  • Leadership, mentorship, or line management experience (highly desirable)
  • A degree is nice to have — but equivalent experience is just as valuable.
What It’s Like to Work Here

You’ll join a collaborative, forward-thinking environment where autonomy is encouraged, innovation is celebrated, and people are at the heart of everything we do. With support from a Head of Operations who champions growth and cross-functional working, you’ll have plenty of room to develop your craft and influence the future of our product suite.

Ready to Shape the Future? If you're driven by creating products people love and leading teams to deliver meaningful solutions — we’d love to hear from you. Apply today and make your mark at Codeweavers.
