Function: Transformation & Change (CAPTG – Europe)
Lead conversations that shift mindsets. Run change that sticks. Influence leaders who set the direction. At CAPTG – Europe, transformation isn’t theoretical — it’s delivered through decisive leadership, strong facilitation, and trusted relationships at the very top of the organisation. Our Transformation & Change team partners directly with the C‑suite and senior leadership to shape, mobilise, and embed strategic change across our European portfolio.
The Opportunity
This is a highly visible role at the centre of strategic delivery. You won’t be operating behind the scenes — you’ll be in front of C suite leaders, designing and running workshops that drive alignment, challenge thinking, and unlock action. Working closely with C‑level stakeholders, functional leaders, and delivery teams to ensure change initiatives are not only well designed, but understood, owned, and adopted.
Responsibilities
- Design and facilitate high‑impact workshops (strategy, operating model, process redesign, change readiness) with senior leaders and cross‑functional teams.
- Partner directly with C‑suite and executive sponsors, shaping conversations, influencing decisions, and supporting them to lead change visibly and effectively.
- Own end‑to‑end business change delivery — from change definition and mobilisation through to adoption, benefits realisation, and continuous improvement.
- Translate strategic priorities into clear change roadmaps, engagement plans, and measurable outcomes.
- Build strong networks across multiple business units to anticipate resistance, address risks, and accelerate adoption.
- Provide clear governance, insight, and storytelling that gives leaders confidence in progress and impact.
What You’ll Bring
We’re particularly interested in candidates who thrive in facilitated, C suite facing environments and are credible at the executive table. You’ll bring:
- Proven experience delivering business change or transformation, including operating model or enterprise‑wide initiatives.
- Strong workshop design and facilitation skills, with evidence of leading sessions that influence senior leaders and drive decisions.
- Demonstrable experience engaging and influencing C‑suite and executive stakeholders.
- The ability to challenge constructively, simplify complexity, and align diverse perspectives.
- Excellent communication, planning, and analytical skills — able to move seamlessly between strategy and delivery.
- Confidence producing executive‑level materials (PowerPoint, reporting, progress updates) that tell a clear change story.
Nice to have
- Degree or equivalent experience in business, change, organisational design, or technology.
- Experience working in complex, matrixed environments or large‑scale transformation programmes.
You’ll be trusted to operate at the highest levels of the organisation — running the rooms where decisions are made and shaping how change is experienced across the business. This is a role for someone who wants to be known not just as a delivery expert, but as a credible advisor and facilitator to senior leaders. If you’re energised by leading workshops, influencing executives, and embedding change that genuinely lasts — we’d love to hear from you.
