As the world’s largest automotive services organisation, our products and platforms support the entire automotive ecosystem — and our marketing team plays a critical role in making that happen. We’re now looking for a Digital Marketing Executive (PPC) to join our Enterprise Marketing team and help drive high‑performing paid media campaigns across search and social.

The Role

This is a hands‑on, performance‑driven PPC role where your work makes a visible impact. You’ll be responsible for planning, executing and optimising paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and LinkedIn, ensuring our product brands are visible, competitive and delivering strong ROI at every stage of the customer journey. Working closely with the Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll balance day‑to‑day campaign management with strategic thinking, using data and insight to continually test, refine and improve performance across multiple business areas.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Building, managing and optimising paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising, including Search, Display and Performance Max
  • Planning and executing paid social campaigns on Meta and LinkedIn, using audience targeting, remarketing and lookalike strategies
  • Conducting keyword, audience and competitor research to inform campaign strategy
  • Monitoring and reporting on performance metrics such as CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS and Quality Score, turning data into clear, actionable insights
  • Managing and pacing budgets to ensure spend is directed to the most effective campaigns
  • Contributing to ad copy and creative briefs that are on‑brand, relevant and conversion‑focused
  • Supporting campaign tracking and measurement, including pixels, tags and conversion tracking
  • Keeping up to date with platform changes, industry trends and paid media best practice

What We’re Looking For

  • You’re a data‑driven PPC specialist who enjoys getting into the detail, but can also step back and think strategically.
  • 2+ years’ experience managing PPC campaigns (in‑house or agency)
  • Hands‑on experience with Google Ads and paid social platforms (Meta and/or LinkedIn)
  • Strong working knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
  • Confident analysing performance data and translating it into optimisation actions
  • Strong copywriting skills for paid search and paid social ads
  • Solid understanding of audience segmentation, remarketing and the digital funnel
  • Comfortable managing multiple campaigns across different brands or business areas
