What you’ll be doing
- As a key member of the team, you’ll help bring marketing campaigns to life across multiple channels. No two days are the same—you’ll be involved in everything from content creation to campaign reporting.
Campaign Delivery
- Execute multi‑channel campaigns across digital, social, email, events and print.
- Support paid media activity (PPC & paid social) from setup to performance tracking.
- Conduct research into keywords, audiences and competitors.
Planning & Coordination
- Manage briefs from concept to completion.
- Work closely with creative, digital and content teams to deliver on time.
- Support seamless collaboration across marketing teams.
Content & Brand
- Create and adapt engaging content across web, email, social and campaigns.
- Ensure everything aligns with brand standards and quality expectations.
- Write compelling short‑form copy for digital channels.
Data, Reporting & Performance
- Monitor campaign performance and share actionable insights.
- Support tracking setup (tags, pixels, CRM integration).
- Use tools like Salesforce and GA4 to track leads and performance.
Budget & ROI
- Help track spend and support reporting on campaign ROI.
Events & Projects
- Support delivery of events, webinars and marketing initiatives.
- Occasionally travel to support activity across the UK.
What we’re looking for
