We’re looking for an Associate Application Support Analyst to join our growing Service & Infrastructure function—someone who enjoys solving problems, collaborating with others, and making a real impact on business-critical systems.
What you’ll be doing
- Monitor and maintain application performance, ensuring systems are reliable and available
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents quickly and effectively
- Collaborate with engineering, infrastructure, and product teams to deliver fast resolutions
- Support upgrades, patches, and deployments with minimal business disruption
- Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles
- Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements to systems and processes
- Provide high-quality, customer-focused support to internal and external users
What we’re looking for
- Experience (or strong interest) in application support within an IT environment
- Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Some knowledge of SQL Server, T-SQL, APIs, or system integrations
- Understanding of networking basics (DNS, VPN, firewalls)
- Familiarity with tools like ServiceNow, Splunk, or New Relic (or similar)
- Strong communication skills—able to explain technical issues clearly
