This is a role for someone who thrives on variety—supporting incidents, digging into performance issues, optimising systems, and championing great customer service.

What you’ll be doing

As an Application Support Analyst, you will:

  • Keep applications running seamlessly by proactively monitoring and resolving issues.
  • Deliver high‑quality support with a customer‑first mindset.
  • Act as a technical escalation point and collaborate with engineering, product, and infrastructure teams.

  • Produce and maintain support documentation, knowledge base articles, and technical guides.
  • Identify improvements that enhance performance, stability, and user experience.
  • Ensure compliance with data, security, and organisational standards.
  • Participate in out‑of‑hours support when needed.
What you’ll bring

We’re looking for someone with a strong blend of technical knowledge, problem‑solving ability, and a proactive “can‑do” attitude. Ideally, you will have:

  • Experience in an Application Support or similar ITIL‑aligned environment.
  • Solid troubleshooting skills and the ability to explain technical issues clearly.
  • Hands‑on experience with SQL Server, relational databases, T‑SQL, XML, HTML.
  • Exposure to integration/messaging platforms (BizTalk, MuleSoft) and APIs.
  • Understanding of networking basics (DNS, VPN, firewalls).
  • Knowledge of C# and .NET.
  • Familiarity with monitoring tools (e.g., New Relic, Splunk).
  • Experience using ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow or Remedy.
  • Ability to produce clear documentation and contribute to knowledge sharing.
  • Experience with system checks, maintenance activities, RCA, configuration management, testing and deployment processes.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, and a collaborative working style.
  • A flexible, curious mind and eagerness to keep learning.
What you’ll be part of

By joining us, you’ll become part of an ambitious, supportive, and forward‑thinking technology function within a global organisation. You’ll work with great people, exciting technologies, and have the opportunity to shape how we support the applications powering our digital ecosystem.
