As our Lead Developer in the Vehicle Solutions team, you’ll be at the heart of this transformation.
We’re not just building software—we’re building the Cox Connected Platform , a powerful ecosystem that gives customers a single, seamless view of all their assets. And we want you to help lead the charge.
What You’ll Do
- Lead a talented team of engineers, mentoring and inspiring them to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.
- Be hands-on in the code—setting the standard through code reviews, architecture decisions, and technical leadership.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape the technical roadmap and deliver impactful products.
- Champion modern cloud-native practices using AWS, .NET 8, Terraform, and more.
- Stay ahead of the curve by exploring new technologies and embedding them into our strategy.
What You Bring
- Proven experience leading engineering teams in fast-paced, agile environments.
- Deep expertise in .NET (ideally .NET 8), AWS, event-driven architecture, and Infrastructure-as-Code.
- A passion for clean, secure, and scalable code—and a track record of delivering it.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- A growth mindset and a desire to mentor the next generation of tech talent.
