About The Role

This role involves working in a fast‑paced logistics office at Manheim Logistics Services in Coventry, where you provide comprehensive administrative support to Operations Managers and Planning Coordinators. You are responsible for tracking daily work‑in‑progress reports to ensure tasks are running on schedule, liaising with subcontractors to chase updates and resolve delays, and managing communications through email and telephone. The position requires strong organisational and communication skills to ensure accurate and timely information is shared with all stakeholders across Manheim Logistics and Manheim Auctions, helping to keep operations running efficiently.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Proficiency in using spreadsheets and the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems
  • Maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in data entry and record management
  • Liaising effectively with customers and suppliers to support logistics operations and deliver excellent service
