- Configure tailored finance packages using our internal system and collaborate with development teams to deliver on technical requirements.
- Gather critical setup information, enter data into our control systems, and ensure timely go-lives for both new setups and upsells.
- Act as a liaison between clients, account managers, developers, and third parties (including DMS providers and lenders) to troubleshoot issues and deliver timely solutions.
- Collaborate across departments to improve product offerings and streamline internal processes.
- Participate in the rollout of new products and internal tools, bringing a customer-focused implementation lens to every initiative.
- Ensure Salesforce is kept accurate and up-to-date with go-live milestones, status updates, and cancellations.
- Contribute to knowledge-sharing across the business and attend team meetings to stay aligned with company goals.
- Work closely with support teams to hand off client cases when needed, ensuring a smooth transition and resolution.
What We\’re Looking For

- A natural problem solver with an analytical mindset and great attention to detail.
- Comfortable navigating software systems and technical documentation.
- Team player who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Background in automotive, finance, or SaaS industries.
- Experience working in agile teams or software development environments.
- Knowledge of Salesforce and Microsoft Excel/Outlook.
- Familiarity with DMS, CRM platforms, or finance house integrations.
Qualifications
- Ideally degree-educated (2:1 or above) in a relevant field, or equivalent hands-on experience in a similar role.
