Help shape the future of systems delivery at NextGear Capital, part of Cox Automotive Europe. We're looking for a highly motivated Systems Delivery Lead to join our growing Banking Systems team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys solving business problems, driving system improvements and working at the intersection of business and technology. You'll play a pivotal role in helping NextGear Capital modernise its systems, improve operational efficiency and deliver meaningful change across the organisation.
Working closely with stakeholders from Operations, Risk, Finance, Sales and Customer Service, you'll turn business challenges into practical solutions, ensuring improvement initiatives move smoothly from concept through to successful delivery and adoption.
What You'll Be Doing
- Identify opportunities to improve systems, processes and data flows across the business.
- Gather, analyse and document business requirements, translating operational needs into clear delivery plans.
- Shape initiatives into realistic roadmaps, managing scope, milestones, dependencies and risks.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams, suppliers and stakeholders to deliver change successfully.
- Support implementation, user adoption and continuous improvement activities.
